Your pet’s health, handled with care

From the moment you walk through our doors, you can be assured of expert-led care delivered with sensitivity and respect. Here’s what you can expect from your visit to London Advanced Vetcare.

On the day of your veterinary appointment

When you arrive at Advanced Vetcare London, you’ll be greeted by one of our client care team members, who will check you in and guide you to our waiting area. We work hard to minimise waiting times, but rest assured your pet’s comfort and well-being remain our priority throughout.

During the consultation, one of our highly-experienced vets will perform a thorough examination of your pet and discuss their clinical findings in detail. If further diagnostics or treatment are recommended, we will always talk you through the next steps and associated costs.

What to bring to your appointment

Once we’ve received your referral from your primary care vet, our team will be in touch to schedule your pet’s consultation. We'll let you know which clinician your pet will be seeing, and whether any preparation is needed in advance - such as fasting for sedation, imaging, or lab work.

We encourage you to share any relevant history, test results or scans in advance to help us form a clear picture before your arrival.

Diagnostics and treatment

Should your pet require advanced imaging - such as MRI, CT, or ultrasound - or laboratory diagnostics, we are often able to proceed the same day.

Depending on the nature of the condition, your pet may be admitted for further investigation, treatment, or surgery. You’ll be kept informed at every stage, with clear explanations and support from both our clinicians and nursing staff.

We’ll always seek your consent before undertaking any procedure and make sure you’re comfortable with the plan ahead.
