Payment options for patients with insurance

If your pet is covered by a suitable insurance policy, we may be able to arrange a direct claim service. This means we claim the treatment costs directly from your insurance provider, so you only need to cover any excess or items not included in your policy.

Please note that direct claims must be agreed with us in advance of your appointment (arrangements cannot be made directly with your insurance provider).

Payment options for patients without insurance

We understand that not all pets are insured, and unexpected veterinary costs can be challenging. For eligible clients, we may be able to offer a vet payment plan to help spread the cost of certain procedures or treatments.

All vet payment plans are discussed on a case-by-case basis and subject to approval. Please speak to our team before your appointment if you’d like to learn more.

What finance options are available?

We work in partnership with trusted finance providers to offer responsible, regulated pet care finance plans. Options may include:

  • Interest-free finance over short terms (subject to status)
  • Flexible payment plans over longer terms
  • Immediate decisions following online applications
  • Simple repayments, usually by monthly direct debit

Whether it’s a planned procedure or urgent intervention, we can guide you toward a finance plan that suits your situation.

Transparent Veterinary Costs

Whether you’re covered by pet insurance or exploring a vet payment plan, before proceeding with any diagnostics or treatment, we will always provide a clear estimate and take time to explain the costs involved. We believe in full transparency and will never proceed with additional procedures without your informed consent.

Estimates are tailored to your pet’s individual needs and may vary depending on their condition, the complexity of the investigation and the level of care required.

Payment terms

Payment is required in full at the time of consultation or prior to discharge if your pet is admitted for further treatment. We accept all major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express) and BACS transfers by prior arrangement.

If you’re claiming through insurance, you may choose to pay us directly and seek reimbursement - or explore a direct claim option (see below).
